Submission Guidelines

We accept various content formats to showcase your creativity:

• Accepted formats: Images, videos, and design files
• Design file formats: SVG, DXF, or AI

Tip: If submitting a design file, please include a preview image to help visualize your work.

To ensure your entry is valid, your post must include:

• The hashtag: #EasterWithAtomStack2025
• A response to one of the designated questions (see "How to Participate" above)

You may submit multiple entries during the event period, but only your best project will be considered for awards.

Judging Criteria

Official Picks will be selected by AtomStack based on:

• Creativity and originality
• Technical execution and engraving quality
• Relevance to the Easter theme
• Thoughtfulness of the written response

Engagement Awards will be ranked purely by:

• Number of likes + comments in the AtomStack Facebook Group post
• Higher engagement = higher ranking

Note: Participants selected for Official Picks will not be eligible for Engagement Awards.

The project you submit must be original and free of any copyright restrictions. Entries must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

One Prize per Participant

Participants may submit multiple projects. However, only one project will be selected to win.
If selected as a winner in the Official Picks, the same participant will not be eligible for Engagement Awards.

Compliance

Submissions must include the required hashtag and a response to one of the designated questions. All content must comply with the official contest guidelines.
Prize transfers are allowed, but once a product is shipped or a coupon is issued, no changes can be made to shipping addresses or accounts.

By participating in the contest, you grant AtomStack the right to use your submission—including your images, design files, and project descriptions—in AtomStack’s marketing materials and social media channels.
