Delivery Timeframe

The total time for your order includes both processing and delivery times:

• Processing Time: This is the time it takes to prepare your item(s) for shipment from our warehouse, including preparation, quality checks, and packing. Processing typically takes 24~48 hours.
• Delivery Time: This is the time between when your order is shipped and when it is delivered to you. Once your order is shipped, the delivery time mainly depends on the courier.

Please note that, due to unforeseen circumstances, some items may occasionally be out of stock. If this happens, we will promptly contact you.

To help us ensure timely delivery, we kindly ask you to:

• that your address is accurate, and be aware that a signature may not always be required upon delivery.
• Work with the courier for timely customs clearance. If customs clearance isn't completed on time, return fees may apply. If you need a refund, these fees will be deducted. If you choose to reship, you'll be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Custom Duty

We stock most of our products in warehouses located in the US and Europe. This means that most orders from customers in the European Union and the USA will be fulfilled domestically, with no additional customs duties.

• Please note: Some non-EU European countries and Canada may impose tariffs or require customs clearance (Canadian orders ship from the US warehouse). In these cases, we will notify customers via email. Customers are responsible for paying customs duties and any return costs. The list of affected countries is as follows:

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer than expected due to factors such as customs clearance, incorrect addresses, adverse weather, and other unavoidable delays. Please note that the shipping fees shown at checkout are discounted rates provided by AtomStack.com and may not represent the actual fees charged by the logistics provider.
