The engraver operates exceptionally well now, and I’m happy with its performance overall.
The reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that mine arrived with a very loose set screw on the horizontal bar. It took me several days to figure out why it was engraving fine but not cutting straight lines. Once I finally found the problem, the screw was so loose it was practically falling out.
That should have been caught before the machine left the factory. Customer service was polite, but not especially helpful in diagnosing the issue. Without using AI to help troubleshoot, I probably would have returned the machine as defective out of the box.
To be clear, this was not one of the belt-tension screws mentioned in the manual. It was a different set screw, and the problem was obvious only after I knew where to look. Looking back, I should have asked for a partial refund or replacement. If another buyer has a similar issue, I would recommend requesting a replacement rather than spending days troubleshooting.
Once fixed, the machine works very well. But the quality-control issue made the initial experience much more frustrating than it should have been.
Llevo ya unas semanas utilizando la cortadora láser y, en general, me está dando muy buenos resultados. De momento solo he estado trabajando con el cabezal láser azul. También tengo el cabezal infrarrojo, pero aún no he tenido tiempo de probarlo.
En términos generales, la calidad de corte es excelente, los cortes son limpios y la máquina tiene mucha potencia. Eso sí, es cierto que el haz de luz es algo más ancho que el de algunas máquinas menos potentes, por lo que en piezas muy pequeñas o trabajos que requieran muchísima precisión conviene tenerlo en cuenta si se busca un encaje perfecto entre piezas. En cualquier caso, una vez conoces la máquina y ajustas tus diseños en consecuencia, no supone un problema.
En la parte menos positiva, diría que la aplicación móvil es bastante floja y que encontrar información técnica sobre la máquina ha sido más complicado de lo esperado. Por ejemplo, en la página de soporte únicamente está disponible el manual, pero no hay archivos de configuración, macros, tablas de referencia para corte de materiales ni otros recursos técnicos que serían realmente útiles.
También me ha llamado la atención que no exista ningún tipo de información en el manual sobre el sistema de refrigeración por agua, no se explica nada de las funciones que tiene, ni de como se configura ni nada.
Además, agradecería especialmente disponer de archivos de configuración oficiales también para el cabezal infrarrojo. El archivo de configuración para ligthburn que viene en el pendrive no va del todo fino, la macro de autofocus no va, por ejemplo y además tiene varias potencias a escoger. Me gustaría un poco más de info y un archivo actualizado.
No le he restado puntos por este tema porque lo suple que el servicio de asistencia te responde rápido y te facilita la información que haga falta o los archivos. Probablemente en un futuro esté todo en la web.
En general, estoy realmente contento con la máquina y con su rendimiento, pero creo que todo el ecosistema de software y la documentación técnica tienen bastante margen de mejora.
It's a good machine. It cannot be a CO₂ yes, but it's not a weak diode either. It's enough for a small starting crafts business. I changed the air assist pump to an actual compressor. This was a big upgrade for me. Machine parts look sturdy, and hopefully it shall continue to serve me for a good amount of time.
Had a small job to engrave bamboo spatulas. 12w laser module did a great job on 50 percent power and 6000mm/min speed. 300mm sounds small but it is more than enough.

After using the AtomStack A20 Pro V2 for a while, I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. The build quality feels solid, the frame is stable, and with the Air Assist it cuts and engraves very cleanly.

The extra Honeycomb that was "Recommended" is WAY, WAY too small. I guess there was excess of these, waste of money. Everything else seems to be good.
I did a few modifications to hold the harness and the Air Supply (Not the 80's group) up and out of the way.
The AtomStack FB2 Enclosure is an excellent addition to any laser engraving setup. It makes the entire workspace cleaner, safer, and much more professional.
The enclosure is spacious, easy to assemble, and fits the laser machine perfectly with enough room for airflow and cable management. The viewing windows are very convenient for monitoring projects while keeping the workspace protected from smoke and dust.
One of the biggest improvements is smoke control. When connected to an exhaust system, it removes fumes very efficiently and makes indoor use far more comfortable. It also helps reduce odor during longer engraving and cutting sessions.

Ottimo prodotto, pratico e veloce; peccato che la funzionalità della webcam per posizionare il tema da incidere funzioni solo se l'Atelier è collegato via USB al PC e non tramite WiFi. Sarebbe anche utile implementare nel software Atomostack Studio una funzione per la creazione automatica di percorsi di sviluppo di un testo (esempio testo circolare oppure testo che segue un path). Per il resto mi ritengo soddifatto dell'acquisto.
vice nice engraver/cutter, super easy to use with Windows with camera, and mac without camera. support is always within 24 hours. Hope they explain better with the camera calibration. will be using it a lot. Great quality too.
The Rotary Chuck R8 was delivered quickly in the original box. Accessories complete and everything works as desired. Fits directly to my K1 and is really fun.
Excellent camera! Was able to attach this to my Monport Reno 45 Pro and saved over $400 over their official version. This camera even sees thru the top plexiglass without needing to open the lid. It mounted to the side and calibrated perfectly.
