For orders shipped to the UK/CH, and other regions outside the EU and US, we will send you a customs confirmation email within one business day after your purchase. Please make sure to reply promptly, as we will not ship your order until we receive your confirmation.

Please Note: Most of our products are stored in warehouses located in the United States and Germany. Orders shipped to mainland U.S. and EU countries will be dispatched from local warehouses, and no additional customs duties will be required.

However, for regions outside the U.S. and EU, customs duties are not covered by us. Customers in the following non-EU European countries are responsible for handling customs clearance. Please work closely with your local logistics provider to avoid any delays or delivery issues.
