The total time for your order includes both processing and delivery times:
Processing Time: This is the time it takes to prepare your item(s) for shipment from our warehouse, including preparation, quality checks, and packing. Processing typically takes 24~48 hours.
Delivery Time: This is the time between when your order is shipped and when it is delivered to you. Once your order is shipped, the delivery time mainly depends on the courier.
Please note: that, due to unforeseen circumstances, some items may occasionally be out of stock. If this happens, we will promptly contact you.

For orders shipped to the UK/CH, and other regions outside the EU and US, we will send you a customs confirmation email within one business day after your purchase. Please make sure to reply promptly, as we will not ship your order until we receive your confirmation.
Please Note: Most of our products are stored in warehouses located in the United States and Germany. Orders shipped to mainland U.S. and EU countries will be dispatched from local warehouses, and no additional customs duties will be required.
However, for regions outside the U.S. and EU, customs duties are not covered by us. Customers in the following non-EU European countries are responsible for handling customs clearance. Please work closely with your local logistics provider to avoid any delays or delivery issues.
