Standard ProductsFor most products in the EU and US regions, the typical delivery time is 3–7 business days. However, for certain overweight items such as Hurricane and Kraft, delivery within the EU may experience slight delays.
For customers in non-EU regions, including Japan and Southeast Asia, please refer to the specific shipping details provided at checkout or contact our support team at Support@atomstack.com for assistance.
Pre-order ItemsDelivery for pre-order laser engravers will be made within 30 to 90 days. 
Refurbished ItemsRefurbished laser engravers will be delivered within 3 to 20 days.

The total time for your order includes both processing and delivery times:

  • Processing Time: This is the time it takes to prepare your item(s) for shipment from our warehouse, including preparation, quality checks, and packing. Processing typically takes 24~48 hours.
  • Delivery Time: This is the time between when your order is shipped and when it is delivered to you. Once your order is shipped, the delivery time mainly depends on the courier.

Please note: that, due to unforeseen circumstances, some items may occasionally be out of stock. If this happens, we will promptly contact you.

To help us ensure timely delivery, we kindly ask you to:

  • That your address is accurate, and be aware that a signature may not always be required upon delivery.
  • For non-EU and non-US regions: Work with the courier for timely customs clearance. If customs clearance isn't completed on time, return fees may apply. If you need a refund, these fees will be deducted. If you choose to reship, you'll be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Please Note: Most of our products are stored in warehouses located in the United States and Germany. Therefore, orders shipped to mainland U.S. and EU regions will be dispatched from the respective local warehouses, and no additional customs duties will be required.
